The site advertised a guide in French that was the reason for my choice of Viator because the other sites only offer visits in English However the guide gave the tour in English and fortunately he gave us explanations in French which was not expected of him
We had an amazing day! Johnny our tour guide was excellent! He is not only a tour guide but he’s a comedian also. He was very informative and could handle a difficult guest with ease. I would highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Small group is the way to to for Niagara Falls. Less people to round up, easier to maneuver a smaller vehicle, get moved to the front of the line easier. A much better experience than a large group on a coach bus. Gary was an amazing guide and made the experience even better.

This company cancelled my original reservation once, then , I flew in here to Toronto just to have a email saying , we are not picking you up at your hotel here is your meeting point. Well I got a little mad about that. They did come and get me at my hotel, and brought me back. But I am not a fan of this company. The tour , even in the rain, went ok, well in fact. But they need to do better business
