Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the circumstances, as the information provided in this review is not accurate. The customer booked an 8-seater minibus. At the time of booking, Viator website clearly stated the luggage capacity for this vehicle: up to 7 large suitcases (not extra-large) and 2 cabin-size pieces of luggage. However, the group arrived with 5 extra-large suitcases, 8 medium-sized suitcases and 2 backpacks. We have photographs documenting the luggage brought by the driver. This was therefore considerably more luggage than the vehicle's stated capacity. The issue was not that we failed to provide the advertised luggage space, but that the amount and size of luggage brought by the group significantly exceeded the stated allowance. We understand that passengers expect a comfortable and safe journey, which is why we provide clear luggage guidelines at the time of booking. Unfortunately, in this case, those guidelines were not followed. We regret that the customer was unhappy with the transfer, but we cannot accept responsibility for luggage that substantially exceeded the vehicle's stated capacity. We also believe it is important that future customers have the full and accurate information when reading reviews.

You booked a saloon car, and we dispatched a Volvo S90, which is a saloon vehicle, in accordance with your booking. The vehicle displayed the required licensing plates and badges issued by Southampton Licensing, where our company is licensed. These were clearly visible on the windscreen and the front doors. Your comparison of our service to Uber is not applicable, as we are a licensed private hire operator and operate under different regulations and standards. We also investigated why our driver initially drove to Terminal 2 before proceeding to Terminal 3, where your flight was departing. Although this resulted in a delay of approximately five minutes, the driver should not have deviated from the planned route. We sincerely apologize for this error and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
