The pick up point for the heathrow airport should have been better described. We thought we had paid for the inside meet, but discovered we had to find our way to the car pick up lot

Be careful. We booked what we thought was a full size vehicle with a professional driver. We got a local cab driver with a small SUV for an hour and a half ride. The driver was okay but we had no pick up instructions and the vehicle was too small. We had to have bags between our legs in a cramped back seat.

Tahir was excellent but Southampton Cruise Port is a zoo at disembarkation. We had issues finding the driver but all worked out in the finish. Communication was very good yet it was just about impossible to get the app to book from Southampton to LHR - it only likely optioned LHR to Southampton.

This works best for a group going on the cruiseship out of south hampton. 6 of us fit comfortably with all our luggage and carry-on
