Carmen and Viator did a fabulous job. I was arriving into a country for the first time with little knowledge and Carmen picked me up at the agreed upon time and place. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She would not leave me at my VRBO until she was sure that I was inside and cared for. She was excellent and it enhanced my travel experience.
