Smooth transition from Southampton cruise terminal to our accommodation in London. Driver was professional, friendly, clearly experienced in negotiating through the wild traffic in London. Although we expected a lot of traffic, how the driver handled having bicycles, scooters, motorcycles weaving in and out or squeezing in between vehicles suggests a high level of patience!
Southampton is a very busy port with a lot of cars and limos waiting for pick up. Keep driver's phone number handy and get description of car and license plate number
The vender was excellent at keeping the communications. This is important as it relieved stress during my cruise travel for not needing to worry or wonder about the pick up on the last day upon the cruise dis-embarkment. In the end, the cruise dis-embarkment time was earlier than expected and it was tricky to estimate the time I arrived at the terminal. However, they are very flexible, even given that it was super early in the day. The driver did the best to arrive early to accommodate my early arrival. The pick up and the trip to London were smooth.
Really nice driver and helped our journey seems very simple and easy, thank to our driver Zia and the office team that help me with our other trips.
