We booked a car to drive us from central London to Southampton port. The driver, Mohsin, was very punctual and constantly updating us regarding the arrival time because of unexpected traffic. Very friendly and comfortable ride, very reliable. Definitely recommend for a day trip around London.
Exception service in every way. Clear communication. Helped in everyway. Moving cases and loading. Best drop off location. Pickup was prompt and clearly advised. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended if you need extra support or assistance.

This provider is a disgrace. He found out the ship docked at 6am so he shows up at 6. No one just leaves the ship, it is an orderly process. He never contacted me and when I did not show up he took another job. When I called they said it would be about an hour or a little more and he would show up. He showed up and charged me another $135 for his supposed waiting time. I was in a bind and paid it. The man should have been aware of the ships procedures and knew no one leaves the ship the minute it docks. He is stupid and greedy, and Vistor excuses it. I am taking another cruise this year and my friends all cruise. I have no reason to recommend vistor to them as long as Viator excuses this behavior.
Hello sir/ madam Firstly, apologies for the inconvenience occurred. We do a lot of trips between Southampton port yard to all across Uk. Once the ship arrives we contact the customer and plan their pickups. A lot of our customers travel to airports so we make sure drivers are on time and communication is proper. In your case - you were going to a hotel at Heathrow and as you were not sure about disembarkation so dated 18 March we sent you a message to not worry and we will contact you on 19 April once the ship arrives for the pickup time. Then on 19 April after the arrival of ship, we were not expecting you to be out straightaway as we know it takes time. All we were trying to do was to establish a contact with you. We messaged you on the app/watsapp etc. also made direct calls to your number given. These attempts were only to confirm the pickup time. To facilitate your pickup, we sent our staff with your name on the board inside the arrivals and waiting areas as well on the port. All of this carried on till around 9 am. So from 6 am till 9 am - 3 hours were more than enough to contact a customer. If it would be myself travelling I would be contacting my transporters right away after arrival on my own. We had no issues picking you up at any time but needed a small text message or communication from your side. Drivers have to move so that they can make their wages, after 3 hours of continuous attempts we marked the job no show and moved the driver. We have also informed viator about this. All of the communication attempts and driver looking for you with the name plate are available in our records. Then we got a call around 1015 am from a local number which was not yours again and we got in contact. Unfortunately, if this would have been done earlier would have saved both of us from this. We could have then refused the pickup easily as explained above but being a responsible supplier we told you the ETA of the driver again and asked you if it’s ok to wait. Driver was quite far that time but tried his best to reach you which he did and rescheduled his other jobs for you. He also served water/ drinks to both of you as a gesture at his own expense. We charged you only half of the fare instead of full just to cover the overall inconvenience occurred, could have charged full as it was booked as new job with us. Our due apologies again but hope you understand our situation explained above. We can wait indefinite amount of time but need customer contact and communication as drivers earn their money with these jobs and we need to schedule our day as well.
