Authentic recipe
Javier teached us tons of history but also the paella recipe in every detail. It is worth and authentic.

Absolute Must!
Chef Victor and crew were fabulous. Incredibly informative, friendly and welcoming. We went on a quick trip to the market to gather fresh ingredients and then we went to work in their cozy replica kitchen. The space was warm and inviting and provided a clean, genuine experience. We were provided plenty of wine and tapas while we cooked. Highly recommend for an authentic Valencian experience!

Really good fun. Very tasty and fab wines. We take responsibility for a tad too much salt in our paella. Excellent tapas and wines.
