What a great way to spend three-and-a half hours. Entertaining and informative from beginning to end - from touring the market to eating the paella. The workshop is very hands-on. At each stage of the process, participants are invited to do a task, but there is no pressure to do so. The leaders of the workshop are very good at what they do and obviously enjoy explaining the whys and wherefores of each step. Would do it again.

The whole experience was loads of fun. Market tour, drinking sangria and making paella. Everyone was included and got involved. Plenty to eat and drink. Great value for money and had a great time.
The whole MyFirstPaella team works really well together, is incredibly friendly and makes everyone there feel part of a really fun workshop. What’s more, there’s plenty of time for a bit of fun, they serve delicious tapas and there’s plenty of sangria to go round. A brilliant experience!

Excellent cooking class where you learn what ingredients to buy at the market and the how to cook paella. It was very educational to learn how the seasonings and the foods are used. Also sangria and jamon, cheese and potato tapa are served while you are cooking. Also water is available. The chefs speak English very well and were very friendly. Dont hesitate and book this class.
