What a great time. The owner of the business was a gem and made accommodation for me as I was only in Valencia for a short time. The cook and his helper were funny and welcoming. I learned a lot and the group had a great time and an interesting and tasty dinner. I will remember this experience a lot longer than any church or museum tour. Highly recommend!

This was our first ever paella cooking class, and what better place to experience it than Valencia, Spain, the birthplace of paella! A friend recommended this class to us, and my wife and I are so glad we decided to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Valencia. Our instructor was absolutely awesome! She was energetic, interactive, incredibly welcoming, and very detailed in teaching us how to prepare a proper paella from scratch. She didn’t just show us what to do. She brought everyone into the experience and somehow made a group of strangers feel like friends by the end of the evening. And they definitely kept us well taken care of! There was always a full pitcher of delicious homemade sangria, prepared right in front of us, along with water, coffee, wine, and plenty to enjoy throughout the experience. Of course, the reward at the end was sitting down and eating the delicious paella that we had just made ourselves! But what made this experience truly special were the people. We met three other travelers from different parts of the world, including the Netherlands and London. One person was even traveling alone. By the time we sat down together to enjoy our paella, wine, and sangria, everyone was laughing, talking, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s company. It was a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Valencia, whether you’re a couple, traveling with friends, or traveling solo. You come here thinking you’re going to learn how to make an authentic paella, and you absolutely do. But you may also walk away having met some wonderful people from around the world. Great food, endless sangria and wine, an amazing instructor, and even better company. Five stars and highly recommended! 🇪🇸🥘🍷

Our hosts for the evening event were fantastic. They engaged us in the paella making process as well as the cultural aspects of this traditional Spanish meal. The evening included delicious tapas, ample sangria, and a chance to meet other folks from around the world. I would do this again in a heartbeat! It was a great experience in so many ways!

This cooking class was AMAZING. It was my husband, myself, and our two young daughters. Everyone participate and everyone had fun. The instructors were great and knowledgeable ( and funny) and they made you feel like part of the family. There was PLENTY of food and plenty of cooking to be done. No place better to take a cooking class than the home of Paella.I didnt eat paella the rest of our trip because I knew nothing was gonig to be better than the one we made here.
