The main page of this excursion listed English as the language, with some fine print about switching between English & French if there were French passengers. In our situation, our tour guide spoke mostly in French. So frustrating! We’ve been on a lot of bus tours - this was among the worst in terms of city highlights, etc. The bus was also uncomfortably warm. We could not wait to wrap up the tour and get some fresh air.
Brilliant guide, he was informative and very funny. Would highly recommend this trip. Great when you first arrive.
It was a thorough description of what we saw. Group was too large approx 40. Guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. Quebec City is beautiful city to learn more about..
Two hours on a comfortable coach bus. Driver spoke both English and French, with a great deal of knowledge and humor. Spoke the entire time but it did not seem like blabbing, just wanted him to continue the excellent script and ad lib. Breaks were included to get off and stretch and look a bit at a notable stop. Covered current buildings and situations as well as history. Highly recommended.
The tour was nice and it stopped to get out and walk. Had to do some stairs and small hill, May not be appropriate for some guests. Some guests brought large luggage. I called and was told I couldn't bring mine, so had to pay an Uber twice to go back to hotel and get luggage to go to cruise port. I understand there was not room for luggage,but didn't understand why some people could.
Clean transportation, friendly and knowledgeable guide. Smaller size bus made the tour much more enjoyable. Plus, payment in Canadian money. It can’t get any better than that.

A waste of money. Unorganized checking in travelers. Guide spoke much too quickly in English. It was very difficult to understand her. Several people asked her to slow down. 2 languages being spoken made it hard to understand because she rushed through both languages so quickly that the English and French seemed to run together. I would a separate bus for English and another for French. It was not worth the money.
This experience was truly enjoyable, and the two-hour duration was perfectly balanced. Our guide was both friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable,
The bus tour was very good. Quebec City is very hilly and a bit difficult to walk around. The bus tour showed us key points of the city in a relaxed way.
