Very nice and informative excursion. Celine was very good and informed us about Quebec City and took us out to the falls. It was a great way to get around and see a lot.

Our lady shouted the entire time. One couple got off right before the falls as they had enough. Falls were beautiful, just getting there was painful.

We would rate this as one of the worse excursions in all of our travels. The driver and your guide screamed into her mic, drove with one hand, made abrupt stops, offered worthless information. One couple left making up that her partner wasn't feeling well. We would have done the same but wanted to see the Falls. We were 1 hour+ late in returning. Just awful experience and feel we should be credited for having endured the experience.

This was the worse tour we have taken in years. The driver screaming into her microphone and drive with one hand stopping abruptly where passengers were audibly alarmed. The city your was so bad that two guests left at the train station. We wanted to see the falls or we would have left, too. We were an hour late returning. Driver/guide should find another job. Run away from this excursion. We are experienced travelers and another couple felt the same. Mary

This tour was a great way to get an overview of the city and to see Montmorency Falls. Our driver was engaging and very knowledgeable about Quebec City and its history. I would highly recommend, especially if you run into a really rainy day when touring on foot would be challenging as it was for us that day.

Celine did a fantastic job doing a bilingual tour in both French and English. She was very conscious of time constraints, but made an extra effort to wait for these individuals who have been lost before we departed on our tour.

I was happy with the tour company in regards to not leaving us behind. The GPS of the meeting place was not where the bus picks up. The bus is comfortable, 24 passenger, the city drive through tour was informative. We drove to the falls, which would have been a perfect time to give info on the falls, but nothing was said. We had 40 min to view the falls, could not do much in that time. There is no museum, information of any kind to read at this entrance of the falls. To take the gondola would have taken hours. So to see the falls, and explore it you need at least 1/2 day. So brush up on the history yourself. All in all worth the money.
