Maude is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She’s a native of the area and really knows the French Canadian history. The food samples were awesome and a great variety. Highly recommend it.

Being from Ottawa, I was familiar with some of the foods we tried, but there were a couple I'd never even heard of. I'd never been a big poutine fan but really enjoyed the one we tried. The croissant was one of, if not the best, I've ever had, even in France. Our guide Vincent was charming, funny and very informative. A great way to spend a few hours and get very full!

A well informed and delicious food tour stopping at 5 spots and sampling lots of local snacks. Pierre was a great guide and, despite the heavy rain, bought Quebec City to life for us.
