Absolutely amazing food tour. Tasted a great variety of different foods at wonderful restaurants. Vincent, our guide was outstanding. He not only gave us background on the different foods we were eating but history on the area. Would highly recommend one of the best things we did in Quebec City.
The tour and the food portion were great! The drink add-on was not worth it. Order a glass of wine and pay for it yourself instead!
Great tour mixing local food tasting and history. Claude was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable of the Quebec history and gastronomy. He was able to bring the history and culture to a large group.

Honestly, we've heard this tour was wonderful. Unfortunately, less than 24 hrs before the tour began, our tour guide cancelled our tour. It would have been nice to know why. Viator was very quick to refund our fee which we thoroughly appreciate.
Cancelled the day before via email, not even a call or text to make sure we knew. Nine of us showed up to no guide.
Our guide was Maude, very easy to understand and we learned alot of Quebec history in addition to food from this area. She was also added himor to her stories .
Maude was our guide on this food adventure. We learned much about Quebec history and food history while on our walk. Maude injected some fun facts and humor during our time together. Maude was very engaging making us feel welcome to the city. All of the food was amazing, however the gnocchi stood out sorry to say not canadian but italian lol.
We showed up at 1 and was greeted with no one. Another tour was leaving and the quide was a little short with us. So the left and we were taken care of by the director of La Buchette. He called about ticket- showing 1pm and then treated us to a meal. He was top tier!!
Sebastian was delightful, knowledgeable and entertaining. This was a great introduction to Old Quebec and Québécois cuisine.
