The guide was nice and pleasant, but we expected quite a bit more from the tuk-tuk tour. He showed us some spots in Porto, but we did not go down to the lower part of the city nor did we pass by such iconic places as the Livraria Lello. He also made practically no stops to be able to enjoy the places or take photographs. Furthermore, he took us to a viewpoint that, honestly, seemed like one of the least attractive in the city, and the explanations during the tour were very sparse. We would have liked to know much more about the history and the main points of interest in Porto. But what disappointed us the most was the 7 bridges cruise part, which was included in the tour. In the afternoon we went to do it within the schedule the agency had indicated to us and, to our surprise, there was no one at the indicated point and we could not take the cruise. Ultimately we lost that experience and, evidently, also the money corresponding to an activity that was included and that we could not enjoy. As positive aspects, the guide was pleasant and we especially want to highlight the girls from the agency, who were wonderful in their treatment, very kind and attentive. In short, we believe that it is an experience that has quite a bit of room for improvement, both in the tuk-tuk route and in the organization of the included cruise. We expected a more complete tour and, above all, that both activities could be carried out just as they were advertised.

We had an excellent tour guide, Concalo. Lots of information and interaction. He stopped to let us take photos and answered our questions. Great personality and humour. Really enjoyed his tour!
