Miguel was patient and very helpful. Our luggage took over an hour to come through baggage claim. Miguel was helpful in letting us know where is was and waiting for us. Once we connected with Miguel, he was quick to get us loaded and on our way. We appreciated his patience as he waited and kind greeting upon our arrival.

Excellent communication with this company! HIghly recommend! They made it easy for us to find them coming out of the airport! We had some delayed flights and they went out of their way to make sure our whole group had transportation at the right times!
