Happy was excellent and prompt. Very little wait when we arrived, long enough for us to get a drink for the drive. And right on time for the ride back to the airport. Both drivers were courtesy and engaging. Definitely will use Happy for our trip back in February

Happy Shuttle Cancun made our airport transfer easy and stress-free. They were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. One thing travelers should know is that Cancún Airport has multiple terminals that are not connected. My sister arrived at one terminal while I arrived at another, which caused some initial confusion. I'm so glad I purchased phone service for Mexico, because it allowed us to communicate and figure out what was happening. Once Happy Shuttle understood we were at different terminals, they quickly arranged to pick up my sister and bring her to my terminal before taking us both to our hotel. Their staff spoke English, which made the situation much easier to understand and reduced our stress. I highly recommend Happy Shuttle Cancun. If your budget allows, book a private shuttle—it's well worth it because you can head directly to your hotel without waiting for additional stops. I would definitely use their service again!
I had a great experience with Happy Shuttle! It was easy to find them after leaving the inside of the airport and we were told our estimated wait time. Our shuttle came quick and he was very welcoming. The pricing was good for the feeling of safety and knowing we were going to get from our hotel with little to no stress. The car was nice and was able to fit us perfectly. The ride was smooth from the airport to the hotel and on our way back as well. Both drivers were very kind and helpful when putting our bags in the vehicle for us. Happy Shuttle helped make an international trip feel 10x easier!

Easy and smooth. Was picked up at airport, and hotel for trip back. Highly recommend, will definitely use again next time.
They were easy to find and took good care of us to and from the airport. They handled all the luggage and were very courtious
Very nice company to book with. Made it super easy to find them at the airport with their green sign. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the heat before our ride showed up. When he exited the vehicle, he locked his keys in the van, so we had to wait for another van to arrive. Other than that, everything was great. Very prompt and friendly service.
