Instructions for finding our Happy Shuttle rep were perfect. After checking in, he immediately called the driver and we were on the road in 10 minutes. During the wait he set up our return trip to the airport 6 days later. Our driver was very polite and we felt safe the entire ride. On our return date, the driver arrived at our resort 5 minutes before the scheduled time and we were on the road in no time. A different driver this time but he was just as polite and safe. Got us to the airport terminal with no issues. Worth every penny for the reliability, safety and promptness. Will use again for future trips to the Cancun area.

Overall, a Great experience. The meeting/labeling could be a little better - leaving Cancun airport, there was one person in a golf shirt with "Happy Shuttle" on it, which made it a little difficult to find them - maybe use a sign or Kiosk to meet and direct guest, this would make it easier to find the right personnel. Same thing in Playa de Carmen - the pick up spot was ok, but all the vans/taxis are white - none of the vehicles we rode in had "happy shuttle" on them so had to ask a couple of drivers to find the car. That said it was a very minor thing - the rides were all clean and nice with air-conditioning. Would absolutely use them again

They were waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The meet up was so easy and we were in our shuttle within 10 minutes. We felt safe both going to our hotel and the return trip. Will definitely use this company again.

We arranged for and prepaid for round trip transportation from the airport to Playa Del Carmen. Happy shuttle picked us up as arranged, but when it was time to leave they didn't show up, leaving us stranded at the hotel. After waiting 10 minutes we called them and after being put on hold for some time we talked to someone who checked on it and told us they didn't have a driver for us and to find our own transpotrtation. When we reminded him that we had prepaid for transportation he said to get a receipt from the taxi driver and they would reimburse us the cost. Once we got back home we submitted the receipt showing that we paid $110 for the taxi ride. Happy shuttle has refused to cover our cost saying they will only refund what we paid for that portion of the transportation or $88.50. We strongly recommend not using Happy shuttle as they have proven to be very undependable and they didn't keep their word about reimbursing our expenses.

Happy Shuttle were excellent. Our flight was a delayed and they were still waiting for us at the Airport just outside arrivals. The vehicles were modern and very clean. The pick up from the hotel returning to the airport was the same we actually moved are pick up time 30 mins early on the same day which was no problem at all. They seem to communicate through WhatsApp then back it up with an email for confirmation for reassurance. Most certainly will use again if we travel to Cancun again.

The ground transportation from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen was great. It was very easy to find them at the airport. Both pick up and drop off were on time. The vans were clean and the drivers were friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitlely use Happy Shuttle again.

They were great! We just went for the cheaper vehicle option and got a nice little Volkswagen van. Good air conditioning, drivers were friendly and drove safely. Glad I went with Happy.

I appreciate the fast and friendly services they provided. We had a great time in Cancun pick up and drop off were easy. When you arrive at the airport just ignore the other solicitations for taxi's and look for the workers holding the happy cancun sign is the best approach.
