I would have given service “0”. Long flight. Took cell off airplane mode when we landed. Cleared customs, stopped at restroom, got baggage, went to meeting place WH Smith shop. Nobody there to meet us. Called MiniCabRide. Told driver was there but we weren’t so he left. Only reason for booking was promise of “60 free minutes waiting time ”. I was told driver tried to call me 2x; however, no calls showed up on my phone. We paid almost US $170 & we would like refund. Thank you. Hope to hear from you. Driver knew their way around which made navigating through the airport a breeze. Got us where we wanted to go. We were met promptly upon retrieving our luggage.
