Exactly what I expected. Lulian was early with a clean minibus as reserved. He was a good polite driver. At Southampton dock, they tried to put us off, but he successfully got us to where we needed to be on schedule.

Easy hotel to cruise transport.
Highly recommend Minicabride for hotel to cruise port. We didn't want to deal with dragging luggage on and off of trains or busses. Our driver was very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Wembley to Brighton Mercedes Vito for the six of us travelling back from a concert
Driver turned up promptly to our pick up spot was very polite, played music quietly that we all enjoyed was super friendly and got us back to Brighton from Wembley in less than 90 minutes without speeding couldn't be happier!

Reliable service
Love the efficiency of the website, the follow-up day before and on day of service via WhatsApp and the price quoted is fair.
They have good drivers on both my trips to Southampton and initially from Heathrow to London Kensington area.

Easy transfer to Southampton cruise terminal
Smooth and uneventful ride to cruise terminal! Mehmet was very friendly and we had great conversation. He knew where the traffic jams were, as the carnival was in town, and drove confidently and expertly. We arrived safely, without any problems or delays.

Great service!
We used MiniCabRide from our London hotel to the cruise port in Southampton. Our driver was right on time and did an excellent job of getting us to the port. We would definitely recommend using this service in London.

Better late than never
The driver was running late and we got an automated call a few minutes before they were due letting us know and then an another automated call when they “arrived”. However, after receiving the call they were not at the hotel as agreed upon. When I tried to call the number to connect with the driver the system kept telling me the driver was at my location, which he was not. I called the company from a hotel house phone and was eventually able to get through. After two additional phone calls and 30 minutes later, the driver finally arrived. Once he arrived, he was perfectly polite and got us to Southampton without further delay.
