ロングパスタとティラミス：月曜日 - 水曜日 - 金曜日 ショートパスタとティラミス：火曜日 - 木曜日 - 土曜日 このコースでは、自家製パスタの世界をご紹介します。 私たちと一緒に、スパゲッティからショートパスタまで、生地を作る古代の技術と主な伝統的な調理法を学びます。 時代を超えた伝統的なレシピの作り方を学びます。 手持ち式パスタメーカーを使用してパスタを伸ばし、素晴らしい仕上がりにする方法をお教えします。 完璧なパスタソースを作るための秘密も明かします。 コースの最後は、自家製イタリアの定番料理、ティラミスで締めくくります。 一緒にクリームを作り、デザートを一から組み立てていきます。 コース中に自分で作ったものを、バルドリーノ クラシコやキアレットなど、周辺地域の代表的なワインと一緒に試飲できます。 私たちの家に来て、イタリア料理の雰囲気を味わい、それを家に持ち帰ってゲストを感動させてください！

Was there with my boys 16 & 10 and they were also totally thrilled. Really great ambiance, super lovely team, very clean, and it was like spending a few hours with friends. I can only recommend it!
This was a much-anticipated holiday activity for my family of 3, on our first ever visit to the Garda region. And it was phenomenal! It felt like sitting in the kitchen of a new, engaging friend. We loved both the experience of making the dough and rolling it out, as well as the company. The pasta meal at the end was really excellent. If you pick one activity, let this one be it.
We were a family of five, including a grandmother, parents and two children (9 and 13 years old). We all thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. It’s very well designed, so everyone from the complete beginner to an even more experienced cook could find their place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. And the food at the end is great of course too.
Absolutely brilliant. The guys who ran it were so welcoming, fun and warm. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) all thoroughly enjoyed it and was a holiday highlight. Hugely recommended to anyone contemplating something to do. We've now bought a pasta machine!!

Fantastic cooking class with the family and other holiday makers. Really enjoyed it and lovely Italian wine. Also fantastic aircon, a lovely break from the sun and Lazise is lovely.

We did this course for our daughter’s birthday. An excellent course. Would highly recommend. Hosts were friendly, encouraging and made everyone feel welcome. Made delicious pasta and tiramisu. We chose to book a day when making spaghetti but short pasta course could also be booked. Thirteen in our group but felt we were each given enough time for help, when needed. Very enjoyable.
It was really a lovely activity. The mood is high and the most lovely people who taught us. The description matches what you get. Everyone feels welcome here! Nice pasta and delicious dessert. Everything is good👍🏻
