この体験は、通常の料理教室の枠を超えた体験ができるように設計されています。 プロのシェフと肩を並べて、生パスタを完全手作業で調理し、オリジナルのティラミスを一から作り上げていきます。 伝統的な技術にこだわり、イタリア語の台所で作られるのと同じように、ひとつひとつ手作業で作られるパスタ。 また、クラシックなローマ料理のレシピからお好みのソースを選択することで、料理をカスタマイズできます。同様の体験では必ずしも見られないレベルの選択肢と真正性が加わります。 できたてのパスタから、ローマの定番ソース、完璧にバランスの取れたティラミスまで、リッチで本格的な味わいを期待できます。 ローマ中心部の実在するレストランを舞台に、料理が出来上がった後は、体験型の料理とレストランスタイルのリラックスした食事体験を組み合わせたクラスです。 クラスの最後には、レシピブックが送られてくるので、生パスタやティラミス、体験中に出されるソースなど、自宅ですべて再現できます。

I was once completely ignorant in the world of pasta making, but now I am going to return to the magical land of New Jersey as a master pasta maker and tiramisu connoisseur. Did I mention he is beautiful? What a man.
