Dominique was great. I learned how to cook duck with plum sauce and wonderful potatoes. He clearly enjoys what he does.

Informative, organized, FUN! Chef Arthur created a beautiful French menu consisting of cheese soufflé and salad, chicken in marjoram sauce and strawberry tartlets. His instruction in beautiful English was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to cook in a small group in a Parisian home. Marta guided us through 2 vinegar chicken, zucchini salad, and a delicious chocolate fondant cake! We learned many new cooking techniques!
