Disappointed
The directions were not well explained which had is going on circles. We were kicked out half way through and were not able to reenter the quest so we were not able to finish. We sent a request to customer service requesting a new link. We were told it was sent but we never received it. Disappointing.
事業者からの返答
Hello Lara, Thanks for taking time to give us feedback. We are sorry to hear, that the Quest did not met your expectations. I am just surprised to hear, that you are not happy with our customer service. We have been in touch the whole day about the issue with the link. And as we see in the system, you used the first link we send to you, after requesting 2 more new links, which we provided to you within minutes. Anyway, we hope you had a good time in Venice. Best regards Michael Just Escape Your City

Terrible experience
We did this hunt today, local pick up point for instructions and map not convenient, dry confusing, it had you walking all over Venice, not good if you can’t walk real good, this is not for you. Then, we finished the hunt with 3 of the 4 pictures required, then could NOT find the drop off point at all around the prison, Therefore, for 2.5 hrs, we walked and did not receive our masks. There was 3 in our party, so that was $75 down the drain, DO NOT RECOMMEND
事業者からの返答
Hello Joyce, I am very sad to hear, that you had such a bad experience in Venice. But I need to tell you, that you did not book this excursion with our company Just Escape Your City. We only provide scavenger hunts with riddles and facts on your phone. Our City Quest Venice is only 29€ for the whole group and we also do not provide any masks or other rip-offs. I hope you can delete your review and post it to the right company, so other travelers will know about this weird package deal. You can check out our City Quest and I am sure, you will not be disappointed. Best regards Michael Just Escape Your City

The slightly different way to explore a city
Very exciting experience! We did this scavenger hunt to explore the city in more detail and had a lot of fun doing it. For anyone who doesn't want to just stroll through the city, this is just the thing!
