We have not liked anything, a story that does not engage and some locations badly given. Nothing recommended

Entiendo perfectamente lo frustrante que es cuando una actividad no encaja con lo que buscabais para vuestro viaje. También me preocupa mucho leer que algunas de las ubicaciones eran incorrectas. La precisión es fundamental para que nuestros juegos fluyan correctamente y no se vuelvan frustrantes. It didn’t even started. We booked this thing more than three days ago and paid at that moment for this. Today we arrived at the indicated point but we couldn’t find anything related to the journey. We’re very much disappointed.
Hello, if you would just read the description of the activity carefully, and the emails we sent to you, and the message in your Tripadvisor inbox, then you would find instructions on how to play.
We overall enjoyed this way of touring Padua! We used this as a guide and stopped along the way to take sites in and we didn't do it as a race with anyone but had fun solving the puzzles and we took way longer, because we stopped in churches and took breaks because it's very hot in Padua in August. A word pf advice... There is a huge beautiful abbey that you can see from the park where you start. You should check its open hours and the hours for St. Anthony's cathedral. I wish we had gone into the Abbey of St. Giustina before we started the challenge. By the time we finished and walked the 20 minutes back to the start the Abby was closed from 12-3 and we had to go. We enjoyed the app and the added silly story to the Padua wandering experience.

Great time to learn history and visit famous, beautiful, and interesting Padua places! We have been to the city before, but it would be a fantastic introduction to many sights. For us, an older couple, the “story” part was lacking and disjointed. Better to simply uncover clues and enjoy the landmarks. One note: going at night as we did isn’t advisable as we couldn’t read the gravestone (even with flashlights) or see colors on columns as was required by the Quest clues. Thank you Quest!

We needed to kill a few hours on a rainy afternoon so I decided to give this a try. We hadn’t been to Padua before so rather than just walk around aimlessly, I figured this activity would provide some structure for us. The app was easy to install and worked very smoothly . . I purchased 2 for our family of 4, and that worked out very well. The riddles in the game were easy but fun, probably better for younger kids. The story which the game centered around was silly and difficult to follow, but that really wasn’t a big deal. I felt we got to see some very key sites in Padua , eg the basilica, the Jewish ghetto. Overall, it worked out exactly as I had hoped and we were all pleased with the experience. I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful and fun experience to be carried out calmly both alone and with friends. Recommended not only for tourists, but also for residents or students who live there: it is a nice way to delve into the history and learn new curiosities about the splendid Padua. It's just a shame about the background story which could have been concluded with a more exciting and engaging ending.

Wasted $15-20 Euros. I bought this outdoor, virtual or self-guided, game then downloaded Questo App, then created an account only TO BE TOLD I DIDN’T HAVE ENOUGH “gems” to play.

If you go and check your inbox, you will see that you received at least two e-mails after booking with instructions on how to unlock the game in the app. Unfortunately, you didn't read the instructions, and thus the app couldn't identify your booking, and asked for you to buy gems in order to unlock the game. Since you didn't play, please submit a refund request. Thank you!
Very disappointed in this. Two people, three uni degrees and we could not make any sense of the instructions. More thought seemed to have been put into the magical narrative part, rather than info about the points of interest. We found the start point, but the instructions were so unclear, we left the start point and did our own sightseeing with another app. Don’t waste your money!
