Our guide was Sylvia and she was full of information and enthusiasm. The boat captain was also fabulous! We went to Murano and watched glass blowing which was fascinating. We then visited Burino which was so pretty with all the different coloured houses. Sylvia provided the history of Venice and gave visual aids so the group could visualise how Venice used to be
I am a travel advisor and am always looking to find quality tours to recommend to my clients. While I had been to Murano and Burano about 3 years ago and absolutely loved it, I wanted to share it with my son and his wife who were traveling with us. This tour was far better than the one 3 years ago largely due to the fantastic tour guide, Cristina. My husband has walking limitations and she was so kind and considerate, always ensuring we weren’t left behind. She even got a chair for him to sit in during the glass demonstration…so thoughtful and appreciated! She took extra time with all of the passengers one-on-one on the return to Venice to answer our individual questions. Thank you, Cristina!
Francesca Gin was an amazing tour guide. Being a local she was extremely knowledgeable. The glass blowing and lace making demonstrations were not too long. My 13yo son kept saying how much fun he had. Money well spent.
Silvia was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Her curated lists of local spots were really helpful for guiding the rest of our stay in Venice
Overall very enjoyable. The particular factory in Murano, while interesting and informative, was situated such that no other shops in Murano could be enjoyed. Burano was much more enjoyable.

Great experience! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable & passionate about Murano & Burano. Glass factory was fascinating - amazing pieces of artwork!! The ladies of lace were also true artists & I appreciated the time & talent that goes into to their creations! Great way to see the islands! Burano is beautiful with all of its color! Directions to meeting point excellent! Our Guide Serena was interesting and well informed providing historical facts en route. The tour of Murano was enjoyable and Murano was a delightful experience.
We enjoyed Murano and Burano. The glass and lace are beautiful crafts. After the lace demonstration and the bakery , it was alot of time for shopping. I would rather have stopped to see another site.
