Our guide was a wonderful guide! She was so informative and kind. I didn't catch her name but she was amazing! The islands were beautiful and we even had time to grab lunch on Burano.
Amazing tour guide (Allegra), very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Enjoyed the tour and glass blowing demonstration, fresh cookies, great photo opportunities, and nice intricate lace demonstration. Highly recommended!
Murano and Burano was great, but If you want to stay longer in Burano you shouldn't book the Torcello one. Bit it was also great going up to the bell tower to see the views of Burano. The experience was great overall, the guide was great ando spoke well spanish and in our tour we were only a few due to our lenguaje which was also great.
It was a great tour for the money. Murano and Burano are definitely worth seeing and the glass blowing was really interesting. We had plenty of time in Burano to eat and look at shops.

I had no problem with booking the tour but did have a problem finding which was the correct boat to be on, better signage would have helped as there are many different boat tours. Fortunately we were allowed to change our booking to 30 mins later but it didn't include Torcello. Murano is basically a tour of the glassworks and pressure to buy something in the gift shop. The master craftsman carrying out the blowing and sculpting of glass is incredibly skilled. There was more time to look around Burano, and included was a stop off at a bakers for traditional Bussola "Cookies" and a visit to a lacemakers. Bussola are not cookies, nor are they biscuits; they are cakes and honestly, give me a bit of shortbread or a digestive biscuit any time. Burano is lovely, with the painted buildings and town square but it takes 5-10 mins to look around. We did find a lovely Trattoria just off the square and gorged ourselves on Baccalà Mantecato (creamy cod), Fritto Miso (mixed fried seafood) and Risotto al nero di seppia (Risotto with black squid ink). Next time, I think I'd miss th organised tours and just get a Vaporetto to Burano or Torcello.
