This was a fun tour with stories of historical crimes and punishments. There were also legends told of superstitions and odd occurrences. I recommend.

Sylvie was delightful with lots of knowledge and stories. Easy to hear ear pieces as well with recommendations thrown in. Highly recommend, a very interesting tour.

Nice way to spend the evening learning about the history of venice. Silvia was great! Lots of local recommendations as well.

It was a fun experience. While the stories may or may not hold weight (for you to decide) there were still some very interesting facts learned as well as getting off the beaten path and getting to see Venice from a different perspective was a very refreshing view point. Plus seeing some parts your would otherwise probably not see as a tourist. Overall it was a fun, relaxing experience, and our guide was wonderful.

We LOVED Marina. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and also a passionate and animated storyteller. Would highly recommend her as a tour guide to anyone looking for a fun and informative experience.

This a neat off the beaten path tour that we really enjoyed. We got to hear some good stories and see parts of Venice that we probably would not have otherwise seen. It’s probably a little pricey for what you get, but that’s Venice. I would definitely do it again.

Giulia was an excellent guide and brought the stories to life with her thorough knowledge and enthusiasm. We now know the secret about the fourth column at the doge’s palace! We really appreciated her follow up message after the tour which included a map and many recommendations for pizza, cicchetti, and restaurants. Her pride for Venice really shines through.

Beautiful to see various parts of Venice, places that you wouldn't have found. A nice way to find the hidden Venice. Guide was knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, friendly and approachable, a nice guy.

First, my friend and I were scheduled to do this tour on Friday, but we got hopelessly lost in the streets of Venice and never made it in time. I feared that I had just lost out on the experience and the money. I contacted the tour company that does the tours, texted with Max, and they were gracious enough to put us in another tour group the next night. I’m thankful because Serena, who led the tour, was fantastic. We had a great experience learning more history of Venice. It wasn’t spooky or scary, but it was very informative and interesting (with a crime or mysterious twist.) I would highly recommend this tour and Serena!
