This tour was simply wonderful. We learned how to make cookies and apple strudel. Austria has the very best apple strudel. If you are ever in Salzburg around thanksgiving or Christmas time this is an absolute must.

Fun experience. Small class, knowledgeable instructors. It was a hands on experience with instructor led demonstration. There was time to bake and eat our own creations. Definitely recommend.

A fun activity on a beautiful, wintery day in Salzburg. Guidance was clear, lunch was delicious, and strudel perfect!

We had a great time at the edelweiss cooking school. The set up is great and the whole family (2 adults and two teenagers) enjoyed it. The only reason I have given 4 stars is breccias the one I really wanted (evening cooking class with music) was not available while we were there. But the one we ended up doing was still lots of fun.

Fun family experience with great cooking guides and delicious sweet treats. Made the challenge of an Apfelstrudel seem simple!

Our two families did the cooking class followed by Goulash on Christmas Day. It was well organised and enjoyed by the whole group. Would highly recommend this school. Making the pastry from scratch was something none of us had ever tried before.
