This cooking class was one of our most memorable things my son and I did in Austria. The building was charming, chef was excellent in teaching, the lunch was excellent along with the fellowship with others from around the world who joined in the class. This is a great experience for teenagers and beyond.

I thorough enjoyed this cooking experience! It started with learning, step by step, how to make a tradition apple strudel followed by how to make Salzburg Nockerl (traditional soufflee like dessert??). We were given a lunch of delicious beef goulash while we waited for our creations to bake. The instructions were clear, support constant, and the food delicious! I’d definitely recommend this activity when in Salzburg!

This was a fun cooking class! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Salzburg. You learn how to make both apple strudel and also nockerl. While your desserts are baking, they provide a delicious soup. It’s centrally located and easy to fit into a day of sightseeing as well.

Such a fun experience! Our apple strudel was delicious! The guides were top notch and made it a lot of fun!! Plus, their goulash was the best!
