I’m not a cook but I do like to bake. I was there alone so I was alone at the table with the instructor but she was very busy. She flew through how to make them and honestly I couldn’t remember the details needed. Nothing written out. She was very nice and professional but I think too many students for her to teach at once. Unfortunately they do not have a you tube so I can’t imagine me being able to go home and make either.
We did the strudel and nockerl class story lunch. Excellent fun, great instructors and delicious lunch! Would highly recommend for a fun family activity! Thanks!
It was fun to get an introduction to baking monkey strudel. Our guide made it easy. Nice group: just enough. Nice room.

We had so much fun in this cooking class! The instructor was patient with everyone and explained everything in a way that we could replicate it. I have since made the pretzels at home with great success. I highly recommend this activity as the food, the location and the people were great!

We had so much fun! The baking portion was fun and well organized and we loved that they moved the tables so we could eat all together.
This is my second time doing this cooking class. I loved it so much last year I wanted to bring my 28 year old son who also loved it. The instructor was articulate and enthusiastic. He explained every aspect and our pretzel and strudel came out perfectly. The gulash soup was also delicious. I would highly recommend this activity to all age groups...
