the tour experince was amazing. i loved the how the guide was navigating us and pausing to tell us about its history going near the object or place and then explaining. i dont think he paused for longer than 5 mins even though it was so hot and sunny he was just exceptional. he was very sweet and accomodating. i dont remember his name unfortunately but me and my dad were both super impressed. the guided tour was 100% worth it. i totally totally recommend.

It was a great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even the kids enjoyed it and we all learned a lot.

I booked this Colosseum tour approximately 24 hours before the scheduled start time, so I want to be fair and acknowledge that this was a relatively last-minute reservation. However, it was showing as a available and the company accepted my booking, I received confirmation for a tour that included Arena access, and I planned my final day in Rome around that confirmed reservation. I arrived at the meeting point at the scheduled time, only to learn that I had been removed from the tour and refunded. The biggest issue was that I was never notified that my reservation had been cancelled. I received no email, phone call, text, or other communication telling me not to show up. Had the booking simply been declined because there was no remaining availability, I would have completely understood and could have looked for another option. Instead, they confirmed the reservation and I only discovered the cancellation after arriving at the meeting point when finding same-day Arena access was extremely difficult. I contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to help find another tour that day, but unfortunately they were unable to do anything and doubled down that I shouldn’t have expected to be able to participate because of the day before booking. While I received my money back, a refund doesn’t resolve the loss of an experience when you’ve relied on a confirmed reservation for a limited-access attraction. Afterward, I noticed other reviews describing problems with cancellations and communication, which makes my experience more concerning. If availability cannot actually be guaranteed, the company should not confirm the reservation in the first place. And if a confirmed booking must be cancelled, communicating that cancellation to the customer should be the absolute minimum expectation. Not once during our communications after the fact did they acknowledge that they owed me any communication for cancelling and instead told me that my bank should have notified me. Unacceptable. For an attraction like the Colosseum where certain tickets can sell out well in advance, poor communication can mean a traveler misses the experience entirely. Based on my experience and the similar complaints from other reviewers, I would be very cautious about relying on a confirmed reservation with this company.

We enjoyed our visit and our guide Yoram was great and very knowledgeable. However we had initially booked a 9.30am visit as we were mindful of how hot it is in Rome at the moment - and the day before our visit our entry time was moved to 10.45am visit which meant it was very hot and less pleasant for us.

Excellent trip. Time changed by 30 minutes due to ticket availability but well communicated so no issues. Sara was very knowledgeable and a great local guide. Highly recommended to see arena floor and level 2,

Daniella was very informative and thorough. The tour includes a lot of walking and inclines and steps. Be prepared for that. Experience was was enjoyable.

The experience was perfectly run, from pre-tour instructions through to the completion of the tour. We even received a call as the start time loomed, and a pin to find the meet-up. Ou guide Eviss was simply brilliant. She knew the history and the architecture like the back of her hand, and answered on the spot questions with ease. This was my second tour of the Colosseum and I most certainly learned more this time than last. Well done!
