The tourDidn’t happen at all!They Canceled on us last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, however the problem occurred several days prior so they should’ve given us more notice!Should’ve offered us reschedule options. We still haven’t received a refund. Not happy with this company at all.
Guide was late, everyone was waiting for awhile. Guide spoke English but accent was difficult to understand. Audio system they give you is mediocre. Super rushed through everything. Zero time to actually appreciate what you were seeing. Absolutely would not recommend this tour.
Did not start well when I received an email a few days before the tour stating that we would not have a guide inside the Colosseum as advertised. A small refund was offered but has not been received as yet. The tour guide we were supposed to have for the forum tour did not turn up and we were waiting over half an hour for a guide. Giorgio did a great job as he was called up at the last moment but it meant that we were very rushed if we were to make our colosseum entry on time. The sites themselves are amazing but the lack of organisation and communication was disappointing
Was looking forward to our visit at the colosseum. Unfortunately due to an accident that occurred a few days ago the colosseum has been closed. Wish we were notified in advance so that we could have made other plans. I think there should be better Communication between all parties.
We sailed through all the long lines. Our amazing guide gave us free time to wander in between her touring information.
At first we were told the arena floor was no longer available so we would receive a partial refund. Then there was an accident at the colosseum so our tour was totally canceled. Not the tours fault, but a real bummer. Still waiting for our "full refund."
Since this app does not allow cut and paste the best I can say never use this tour group. Asking for money back did not deliver the product as advertised.
The tour was completely amateurish and disjointed. There was no structure or chronological presentation of the historical events. The guide did absolutely nothing to immerse you in the atmosphere and spirit of the period, while the information provided was extremely superficial. You could easily do this tour yourself with a guidebook, probably much better and at a fraction of the cost. What is even worse is that, although the ticket stated that the Colosseum was included, the guide simply left you outside the Colosseum and you had to enter on your own. An unacceptable and extremely overpriced service. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
Our colosseum tour was cancelled. Never got to go. Expecting a refund. Otherwise I’m sure it would have been great
Our tour guide Roger was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kept us all going at a comfortable pace. Really enjoyed the tour, beautiful sights.
