Terrible service / communication
Experience was canceled by Viator. No refund received yet. Should have received cancellation possibility several days ahead so other plans could have been made. Incident had closed tour several days prior already.

Amazing tour, highly recommend
We had an amazing experience with Francesca as our guide, unfortunately due to an accident all the monuments had to shut as we were finishing up with our colosseum part of the tour. Francesca was amazing and still showed us around near the Roman forum and Palatine Hill and told us all about it regardless of no entry. Our tour was still around 2 hours, definitely worth it! I highly reccomend, plus all the staff at crown tours were so friendly.
