We would like to investigate what happened on that day, as long delays can sometimes occur due to unexpected traffic, road closures or exceptionally high demand, but this should never result in a 2-hour wait without clear information from our team. Regarding compensation, as your booking was made through Viator, all refund requests are handled directly through Viator Customer Support to ensure a secure and traceable process. Please contact them with your booking reference and they will liaise with our Dublin team to assist you as quickly as possible. Waiting at a designated stop, with time planned in advance, and the bus simply not arriving with no communication about a delay or cancellation is completely unacceptable. We understand you lost valuable time on your day in Dublin and couldn't get on a single bus. That's the opposite of what a hop-on hop-off should be. Booking in advance should mean you can rely on us to plan your day, and we let you down there. Could you please email us at customer@city-sightseeing.com with which stop you were at, the date and roughly the time you were waiting, and your booking reference if you have it?
