We enjoyed this hop on off tour so much. Steven was so entertaining that we didn't want to get off. Im fact we didnt. We did enjoy leaning all about the history before venturing out and exploring. So much to see in Dublin we will be back to be sure.

Fiona, our Irish guide, spoke fluent German and gave us a truly personal tour. She mentioned that running a bus is extremely expensive, and even though there were only 5 - 8 of us on board, you would never have known it from the effort she put in. She explained everything brilliantly and tried to include every single person. She even brought printed pictures in a little booklet, and her care and love for detail really showed in how she brought Dublin closer to us. She also taught us some Gaelic, like "craic agus ceol", which you see written at some Irish bars, and shared fascinating facts, such as how Dublin got its name and that the police here still don't carry firearms. We all ended up staying on for the complete loop because it was so enjoyable. And when it started pouring rain, very Irish of course, we were sitting comfortably and dry on the bus. After 9 days of travelling through the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland, I originally only booked this tour to get quickly and easily to all the sights on my last day in Dublin as my flight was in the evening. It was all the more wonderful to end up in a friendly small group. I didn't even expect to land in a German-language tour! Unfortunately I had no cash on me, as I usually tip on tours like this, so this review is my way of hopefully supporting the crew. That includes of course also the bus driver, who masterfully handled the tight turn from (I think) St. Luke's Avenue onto Brabazon Street!? Thank you so much for the great tour and all the interesting insights. Since the season is now officially over, I wish you guys a lovely, well-deserved break and continued success to the whole team! Johnny Mac was an excellent tour guide, driver and conductor. He was fun, informative and very knowledgeable. So much better than the earpieces and taped commentary.

Our driver was knowledgeable, entertaining and funny. Learnt a great deal about Dublin’s history. Highly recommend this tour and if you get James, he is very entertaining.

Very good for a first glimpse of Dublin. The ability to choose live commentary from the drivers (1 bus out of 2) is very appreciated if one understands English well enough. It is much more lively than with multilingual headphones. Moreover, the discounts that come with the card (e.g., 1 meal paid for 2) are real! I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful tour made exceptional by a great narrator, historian and joke teller. We really appreciated the humour and wealth of information about Dublin past & present. Taking Tyrone's advice we had lunch at Rose's Cafe and Leo Burdock's fish & chips. We were not disappointed. Well done DoDublin.

Generally, a good tour. Buses were good, drivers/guides were excellent. The signs to hop on and hop off were prominent. We got tripped up because we took the last bus after a tour at the Guinness storehouse and the bus ended up at the last stop, leaving us far from our final destination. It required us to take a cab to get back to our hotel. I had not realized that this was not an ongoing loop so one has to be aware about this.
