Nice day - but description is misleading. Very short time on the semi-private boat - mostly on ferry but you do get to skip the ferry line. Wish the stop in Bellagio was longer. The stop in Como was pointless - should have made Bellagio longer.

We haven’t even started the tour itself, but the organization this morning has already been disappointing. Our instructions were to meet at 7:45 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. pickup. After being picked up, we were taken to a second meeting point to collect additional passengers. Nearly 1 hour and 40 minutes after the original meeting time, we were finally leaving the city and beginning the actual journey. This seems like a very inefficient use of guests’ time. If multiple pickup locations are necessary, it would make more sense to either have one central meeting point or to pick up guests in an order that allows the tour to head out of town efficiently. Instead, a significant portion of the morning was spent waiting and backtracking. At this point, the poor logistics have already diminished my confidence in the tour operator. Travelers book day tours to maximize their limited vacation time, and losing nearly two hours before the tour even begins is frustrating. Based on this experience, I would recommend looking for a tour company with better planning and organization.

Good experience but understandable that you don't have too long to explore so at times felt a bit rushed. I didn't expect two ferry rides which were ok and probably my fault I thought it was a private boat experience but this was only for the first phase.

It was very beautiful to see. However, we could not hear the guide well on the boat with the headphones, which deprived us of information.

Excellent day trip! The tour guides were excellent with English and Spanish translations. The lake and mountainous views were breathtaking!!! Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Milan!

We (family of 5 adults) recently took a tour of Bellagio in late May 2026. Simone and Michele were our tour guide and driver. Simone provide plenty of commentary during the tour which was much appreciated. The tour was both in Spanish and English. Highlights for me were the private boat to Bellagio and the free time to explore Bellagio (3 hours). The weather was beautiful. We also enjoyed the time to explore Como.

The guides were excellent, although the commentary in two languages got tiring after a while. There was a decent amount of walking. Bellagio was lovely, Varenna was nice but much too crowded for such a small place. Como was bigger than the others, and by then we were too tired (it was roasting hot that day) for us to look around. Ultimately we would have preferred a tour with more time on the lake and less at the towns.

Great tour, the guides were knowledgeable and took care of us all day long. Happy to visit Cuomo and Bellagio. Only one thing I would like to point out was the guide presentation. One of them was not clean. Smell and his clothes did no look clean and presentable. I was sitting behind him and I had to spray some perfume to make it confortable.

This tour is definitely worth taking. You are taken to such beautiful place that need to be seen. The tour bus is very comfortable and our guide was so helpful. The bus driver was fantastic.
