カーサ グロッタ デル カサルヌオーヴォでは、オリジナルの家具や、そこに住んでいた家族が日常生活で使用していた日用品を通して、本物のサッシの家を体験することができます。 一般的に洞窟住居と呼ばれるものは、1950 年代に人口減少が起こる前にサッシが居住されていた時代の一般的な使用品や作品を展示した、実際の民族学コレクション、小さな博物館です。 内部は、1950 年代末に古代地区が過疎化される前に建てられたオリジナルの部屋と家具が再建されたものです。
古代においては、モンシニョールの司牧訪問からもわかるように、 1543年から1544年にかけてサラチェーノで建てられたこの教会は、サンテウスタキオに捧げられました。 入り口は中庭に通じており、その端には礼拝堂があります。礼拝堂の上部には、聖母子を描いたテラコッタの浅浮き彫りがあります。 内部はさまざまな改修が行われているため、元の構造はほとんど残っていません。 印象的なバロック様式の祭壇が、地下聖堂の古代の発展を妨げています。 フレスコ画は今も良好な状態で保存されています。 祭壇の後ろの天井は格天井と装飾モチーフで飾られています。
