Julianna was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. She made a crowded day as manageable as possible.

Our tour guide Ciara was excellent - very knowledgable with a bit of humour as well. The whole tour was very interesting as the guide provided insights into certain areas that you would not pick up on a self-guided tour. The tour office check-in was good but communication after check-in could have been better. Our tour time was 230 but our entry into the Vatican was set for 3pm. Overall, we would highly recommend this tour

This tour covered so much of the Vatican’s highlights but did not feel rushed. Juliana was delightful—full of information and patiently answering questions. She always considered our comfort on such a miserably hot day. The tour was a great experience.

It was difficult to hear/understand our guide most of the time. There was more time outside in the heat than I expected. The guide was knowledgeable and very nice.

Timed entry is great. The mandatory ear buds are helpful, except there are a fair number of gypsy guides who create a lot of noise. The Museum guards are traffic cops. Try to get a seat to look at the Sistene Chapel. It’s difficult to look straight up standing.
