Poor information provided by administrators
Tower itself was amazing. However the booking was stressful. We were originally booked for 11:30. We were then messaged to advise that those tickets had sold out and we were being moved to 12:30. I said ok. We were then told that all tickets were sold out for that day and could I swap dates. No I couldn’t so told the operator this. So we were left in limbo not knowing what to do. 30 mins later we were told we could go at 12:45. Not happy with the changes why sell you a package online when they don’t have the tickets. Information was poor. Tripadvisor did not forewarn that bags were not allowed up the tower and had to go to a locker. This was an easy process but being forewarned would have helped
