Absolutely amazing. Michael is a wonderful tour guide. Very friendly and great knowledge as well as deep history. He even gave us great tips around Salzburg. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area as the ice caves and salt are truly unique.

The experience was amazing. One of a kind. Michael our guide made sure everything went smoothly and let us know in advance what we could expect. He had things arranged for us at the sites and even had a couple of extras for us as time permitted. Would book again and/or for additional tours.

We had Michael and he was excellent!! He was so knowledgeable and a fun human!! If you can tour with him I would recommend it!! He took us around and offered to stop if we needed it he helped to translate and talk about the area. He helped us get tickets at each stop!! Vehicle was clean he had water!! Loved this whole experience!! It’s pricey but I would definitely do it again

Michael was an awesome guide. We created our own itinerary and he took us to all our favorite stops. The stops included the Eisriesenwelt ice caves, Liechtensteinklamm Gorge, Golling Waterfall, and the Keltenblitz Alpine Slides. He also pointed out other sites as we were driving. He was the best!!!!!

Carlos was the best. He is a man who knows his history and had great ideas of what to do along the way. Truly a delight. His English is excellent and he knows several other languages. Will use again in the future.

Tour guide Carlos Loureire from the tour operator salzburgprivate tours made our visit memorable. His knowledge was not limited to the history and geography of the places we visited but he also engaged in interesting chat on larger topics of geo political interest; provided tips on what we should not miss. His fluency in English made things easy for us. and told us what we should not miss. We did not have to queue up anywhere. The vehicle and guide arrived on time. We felt it was great value for the money we spent. Travellers should ask for salzburgprivate tours as tour operator and if lucky get Carlos as the preferred guide. They should try out local cuisine after the trip at the cafe just outside the ice caves, wear warm clothes / thermals / cap covering ears and hand gloves and have good trekking shoes for ice caves.
