Bad guide, incomprehensible English.

Very busy and if not for your guide, would be difficult to get any rear perspective. No time due to crowds to explore and examine the museum artifacts. Skip the line very effective.

Terrible. The guide was late to arrive and then gave us the wrong tickets. When the museum refused the tickets, the guide told us that she would not wait for the ticketing error to be fixed but wanted to leave without us. The museum management forced the guide to correct the tickets and would not let her leave us. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this tour at all.

Incredible tour with our kind, knowledgeable guide, highly recommended; be aware of a fair amount of walking and steps.

Our guide did not care about the people on the tour. She went very fast. We had little time to see anything. She did not speak clearly and most of our group could not understand her. A couple even dropped out as to them it seemed like a waste of time. The tour finished after 1 hour 30 minutes. She did not come into the St Peter’s Basilica. We were very disappointed and certainly would not recommend this tour to anyone. She was not carrying anything that we could easily see where she went. At one point we got lost and only because I remembered a man with a white hat did we find the group again.

Too much time spent standing outside going over history instead of inside looking: hated the fact that it seemed like only the least interesting art was even viewed and would have have gotten a much better experience if we just had not done a tour. The tour was quite boring. The only positive is that we got to take the shortcut between the the museum and the Sistine chapel.

The guide's knowledge was excellent. We enjoyed it a lot. However, we found the activity very expensive for the experience we had.

This tour was cancelled by the tour operator a few days before the tour took place. Initially they did not offer a rebook and offered a refund. Meanwhile I booked a new tour through the Vatican booking process, this was also a guided tour, it was almost half the price of the original tour booked. The tour operator meanwhile got in touch with me offering alternative tour times and dates or a refund, I requested a refund each time ( 4 in total) despite this I received no refund. Today I connected Trip Advisor and was speaking to a very rude operator who told me I had to contact Viator and hung up the phone. I eventually got through to Viator UK, the operator was helpful and mannerly and my refund was made almost immediately. Surely when an operator cancels a tour it should automatically refund the cost and the buyer should not have to chase this down

Tour was informative and included most of the museum. Also include the Sistine Chapel. Would recommend this tour to see all of the Vatican Museum!
