Couldn’t recommend more! Interactive, authentic, overall fantastic experience, best thing we’ve done so far

Very satisfied with this cooking class. Well organized, Pamela was a delight. She was personable and kept us all involved. Explained why it is important to take the time needed to make the sofrito. We made 2 starters, watermelon gazpacho, yummy tomato bread, seafood paella and Spanish cream for dessert. All delicious! Highly recommend this experience.

Expect to have a great time and cook the best food! We loved Pamela and the food was outstanding. Pamela did a great job engaging the group and we all got to prepare our meal. If you are looking for a good time and fabulous meal book this experience.

Great fun, food, and company . Carlos our chef was patient and clear in his cooking processes and encouraging everyone to assist with every phase including chopping vegetables, mixing ingredients, stirring heating deserts and all main entre preparations. It was a great experience. A lot of fun, a great group of other people taking the class, the instructor, Pamela, was great and so was the food.

Perfect location to take a break walking the Gothic quarter. The 4 course experience was tasty and well explained. Our kids now know how to make Spanish omelettes and enjoyed the paella. Great explanation of the history of the dishes and the proper techniques. All hands involved so our teens and even another groups littles partook. You could be involved as much as you want, or just sit back and enjoy the wine and finish food.
