This was a great experience. Friendly informative Chef Horia first led us on a tour of the market. Then back to the amazing beautiful apartment overlooking Plaça Reial. We were dinning with our two friends. Horia, provided history and culinary information about the dishes we prepared together. We all helped cook the food. Everything was delicious.

What a fantastic experience at Just Royal in Barcelona! Everything was perfect: from the beautiful location and warm welcome to the delicious recipes, clear explanations, and surprising flavor combinations. The cooking workshop itself was incredibly fun and educational. Our cook was great: expert, enthusiastic, and friendly. The visit to the market with her was also an absolute plus. You not only get a glimpse into the local cuisine, but you also experience Barcelona in a different way. Everything was meticulously taken care of and of course the dishes were delicious! An absolute recommendation for cooking lovers and for everyone who enjoys good food, coziness, and enjoying life. We enjoyed it immensely and look back on this special experience with great pleasure! 🇪🇸🍅🥘❤️

So much more than we expected. Claudia was informative and real funny. All of us were laughing from the start. Everyone in the tour hit it off right away which made it easy. Like cooking with friends. The recipes were put over so good by Claudia that we all felt like chefs after. All in all highly recommended

What a brilliant afternoon! Claudia, our leader was funny, engaging and bought out the best in our group. We learnt a lot, we cooked a lot, we ate a lot and we laughed A LOT!! Definitely, recommend this cooking experience.

OK, this is the very first cookie class I’ve ever taken. And it was by far the most fun, cultural, intimate, and all around superb way to get to know not only the region you’re in but the cultures of all those participating. It was a blast. It felt like Thanksgiving with new friends. Our guide and chef was incredible. Our group was so fun and I actually learned a lot about cooking. If you’re debating it just do it. I’ve always debated it and always thought man maybe not doesn’t sound like that much fun. Well I was wrong. It was a blast and I will be doing one on every vacation if possible. Fun, fun, fun.

Cooking and eating extravaganza. We had a delightful chef, Claudia, who guided us through preparation of a traditional tapas and paella meal. Hands-on experience will allow us to actually prepare these meals at home, along with the recipes they sent.

Our chef and his translator were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very humorous. We made wonderful, fresh dishes, and we learned quite a bit about local culture and Spanish culinary history during the class

Alfredo was wonderful and the whole experience was a blast.

Wonderful experience! Both the chef and translator were so friendly and knowledgeable! They kept our wine glasses full and we made a wonderful sangria! A great way to try many new tapas from all over Spain while learning to make a delicious seafood paella! Thank you!!
