What a magnificent day! After having to reschedule due to weather, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. The pick up was on time and easy to find, check in was seamless and the staff were amazing. The flight to and from Milford Sound was smooth and truely magnificent. Our pilot, Annabelle, was competent, knowledgeable about the landmarks and an excellent pilot. The cruise was beautiful and the picnic lunch good value for money. Flight back was just as stunning. I would highly recommend this trip. It can get a bit bumpy so first time flyers may be nervous but the pilots are brilliant and make you feel completely at ease.

Out of this world experience. Such a professional and polished operation. Our pilot, Annabelle, was incredible. She gave great commentary there and back about all the points of interest. We felt we were in incredibly safe hands the whole way.

We chose to fly back to Queenstown from Milford Sound after traveling there by coach. Will was our pilot and he made the experience enjoyable for a nervous flyer like myself. His knowledge of the landmarks, explanation of our flight path and sense of humor were second to none. We had glorious weather to showcase the beautiful terrain.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with Glenorchy Air was nothing short of extraordinary and easily one of the highlights of our Queenstown adventure. The journey began with a spectacular scenic flight, where every window offered a postcard-perfect view. Soaring above endless valleys, crystal-clear lakes, and the most breathtaking snow-capped mountain peaks I've ever seen was an experience I'll never forget. The pilot's (Annabelle) commentary added so much depth to the flight, pointing out landmarks and making us appreciate the incredible beauty of our country. The adventure continued with our Milford Sound cruise, which was equally unforgettable. Standing on the deck surrounded by towering cliffs and dramatic waterfalls felt surreal. One of my favourite moments was making my way to the front of the boat as we approached Stirling Falls. Getting close enough to feel the power of the waterfall was incredible—and yes, I got completely drenched! It was cold, exhilarating, and one of those rare travel moments that makes you feel truly alive. From the snow-covered mountain tops viewed from the air to the mist and spray of Milford Sound's waterfalls, every part of the day was magical. The professionalism, friendliness, and passion of the Glenorchy Air team made the entire experience seamless and memorable. If you're visiting Queenstown and wondering whether it's worth it, the answer is an emphatic yes. This is more than a scenic flight and cruise—it's an unforgettable journey through some of the most stunning scenery on Earth. The beauty of Fiordland is breathtaking in itself, but experiencing it from both the sky and the water made it truly extraordinary. Incredible experience. Saw Mt. Cook in the distance from the plane. Flew through mountains, saw glaciers. Great commentary (Isabelle). Dolphins, Seals, and Milford Sound. Still can’t stop thinking of the experience. Highly recommend.

Myself and my wife did the return flight to Millford sound with a Catamaran cruise up to the Tasman sea all was so well organised from the time we were picked up from our hotel to the time we were delivered back all safe and sound, staff 10 out of 10 Office ladys, and pilot just go guys you will not regret its the best loot you spent in Queenstown compared to 5 hours each way by coach...
