The flight was absolutely beautiful. We had to postpone our original booking due to weather, but I really appreciated that the company was proactive about keeping us informed. On the day we rescheduled, visibility was good, but the wind conditions were still not suitable for landing and doing the cruise portion. They contacted us and gave us the option to either move the booking to another day or continue with the flight only. I really appreciated this flexibility, especially because it’s an extra effort that many other companies don’t make. When you only have a limited amount of time in a destination it's great to have the option. We decided to go ahead with the flight. Since they spent the same time we would have spent back and forth to the cruise, it was a little long for my daughter, but the scenery was absolutely incredible and completely worth it. The pilot was very friendly and kept telling us about the places and landscapes we were seeing along the way. Another thing I really appreciated was that, before I even had to ask, they had already refunded the proportional amount for the cruise portion we weren’t able to do. During this trip, I had several other tours affected by weather where I had to chase the companies myself to rearrange things or get refunds, so this level of proactive service really stood out. Would definitely recommend!

The whole tour was fantastic from hotel pickup to drop off. The driver who picked up /dropped off was super friendly and chatty. Very well organized at the office and Tanmay our pilot was very knowledgeable and friendly. The views from the plane were spectacular. We then hopped on a short bus trip to the ferry for Milford Sound. Ferry had complimentary hot drinks and you can buy food and alcohol. Staff on ferry were friendly and Captain was great pointing out things with funny commentary along the way. Highly recommend

True South Flights were excellent I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Such a wonderful team from being picked up on time by lovely Ruby, to the most wonderful flight with our pilot Tauman who was so friendly, caring, & informative, a wonderful takeoff to landing at Milford Sound the organisation was excellent. We had a bus waiting to take us to Milford Sound for our cruise. We were escorted onto the most wonder cruise ship the crew were amazing & very helpful, the captain was great fun telling us all about the history of Milford Sound, Matt one of the young crew members was lovely making sure we were all comfortable, took photos for us , pointing out places of interest. I had the best time thank you so much True South flights, I can absolutely recommend this wonderful excursion

100% Magnificent! Our pickup driver SAM was great and on time, the office/ground staff were excellent, and our Pilot JOSH a Legend! The sights from the plane and ship are Unforgettable!

Very fun experience! Had Andrew as our pilot and Samuel as our driver, definitely better than a 4 - 5 hour drive both ways, especially when time travelling is short, amazing scenic views with commentary on locations, milford sound was beautiful as well. P.s. looking forward to seeing Samuel Pilot next time!

Absolutely incredible 🤩 From booking, having a date change, to the experience of a lifetime on a gloriously sunny day, I cannot rate this highly enough. Jason, our pilot was charming, helpful, informative and did two perfect take-off/landings. The staff in the office were very helpful with the date change and communication. All in all, would totally recommend True South Flights. Thank you 👌

Communication was excellent. Due to weather predictions they suggested we change our flight day and we couldn't have had a better experience. Sam the bus driver (soon to be pilot) and Tanmay the pilot were amazing, knowledgeable and available for any questions. I will highly recommend these guys to everyone. Photos don't do this justice. Book with True South and see it for yourself
