It's a long day with lot's of walking. Early rest the day prior or not planning anything major after this tour is advisable. Nevertheless it is worth it. The private car that was used was clean. The driver is polite and speaks very good english. Manages the time well and ensures you are not in a rush.

Our driver was good and worked hard to get us to and from the different venues early. The guide for Auschwitz and Birkenau was amazing and took his time to explain everything from multiple perspectives and allowed us to mourn without rushing us. The guide at the saltines had a great personality and gave us lots of information and history.
Unforgettable experience for all people to see. The concentration camp is a life changing event . The Salt Mine is amazing. I never expected such a wonder . Must see when in Krakow.

Greg did a nice job taking care of us. He was friendly and surprised us with some great sandwiches to eat while we traveled between locations.
Greg was a great driver with a lot of local information who picked us up on time looked after us and organised our pickup points and even got us in ahead of schedule on some of the tours. He was also a great guy to have in the car to talk to. Between the stops, he had salad rolls and water waiting in the car for us so we didn’t have to stop for a break. We really appreciated it.
What a totally educational and sobering experience- so sad but so necessary to understand how horrific the tragedy was 😔

Greg was an excellent guide who made sure we had our tickets for the Salt Mines and Auschwitz- Birkenan and got us to each locations. If I did this by myself, I would have been overwhelmed in trying to finding our way. I highly recommend Greg!
