Just an honest review. This tour started out wonderful with a stop Tiananmen and the Forbidden City. After that we were told we were going to a silk worm factory...but it was honestly a silk factory store where they push sales on gullible travelers. He also had plans to go to a fake market and herbal store which were cancelled after I and others complained we wanted the tour in the description and not a pressured sales tour. The guide and I were very vocal and then he says this is my tour and I make commission for everyone I bring here. So when he realized he was no longer doing a commissioned sales pressure tour it set a bad tone for the rest of the stops. My honest review I would not recommend this tour it is not as described in the description.

Really bad tour. They deserve zero stars. Tour guide was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t explain enough and she said we must give her a big tip or else. Tour was very disorganized

Lee was our Tour guide and was amazing. Always looking out for our needs whether we needed water or the toilet. Our day started in a panic, phone with the alarm was plugged in to charge overnight. In the morning we were woken up by reception desk saying the tour guide was here. The phone did not charge and was dead and we rushed to get ready. The tour bus waited 10-15 minutes for us and we understood they could have left without us. We are very grateful that they accommodated us as we had a good time but still felt very bad holding others up. The lunch was also decent with plenty of dishes to choose from.

Bruce Lee made our Beijing Classic Full-Day Tour truly unforgettable! From Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City to the Temple of Heaven and the beautiful Summer Palace, he brought every stop to life with his knowledge, warmth, and incredible energy. He was caring and attentive throughout the long day, always making sure everyone was comfortable, had enough time for photos, and understood the history and meaning behind each place. His explanations were fun, engaging, and full of interesting details—not just a list of facts. You could really feel his passion for Beijing and its culture. Bruce also kept the tour moving smoothly and efficiently, which made a huge difference at such busy and important sites. He was friendly, organized, patient, and had a great sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Bruce Lee to anyone visiting Beijing. If you want a guide who is knowledgeable, caring, fun, and full of positive energy, he is the perfect choice!

Very good tour seen a lot in this day tour Tiananmen Square, forbidden city, Summer temple, temple of dreams, lunch included although i didn't have it i heard it was good. Tour guide was nice well educated on the history and took some pictures of us at key points of the tour. Highly recommend this tour for price and whats included . 😊🇨🇳

The tour was great and covered the must see sites. It would have been impossible to do everything the same day without the expertise of this company. They arranged short waiting time at security checkpoints and all transporation. Mary, our guide was incredible and nice. She was full of energy and gave us a lot of information during all the tour. Her knowledge is amazing. Lunch was traditional Chinese dishes- very good and veggie friendly.

Booked via a tour company as part of a bigger itinerary. Guide was "ok" but several things left a particular negative experience. - Took 2 hours longer than expected. - Main reason was a number of stops (Chinese medicine center, tea ceremony etc) not on the official itinerary where it was clear the idea was to SELL you stuff. Chinese Medicine center was a particular attempted rip off - after 3 second examination by a 'professor' he then prescribed some traditional medicine that cost almost $200 for the first months supply!! - At the Summer Palace Guide made a big deal about taking the boat trip, but explained that it would be easier and less trouble for him to book for us and we pay him after - he said it was RMB 100 each. The boat ride read lovely, but over in about 10 mins. We got suspicious and checked the official website. Price was 40 each. So he basically STOLE 600RMB from the group with his scam. I guess he does something similar with every group. If you do book with this crowd, just be prepared to be vigilant for these scams (I'm sure not all the guides are as corrupt).

Aloha, Our day trip in Beijing didn’t start off on the right foot but Jenny our guide quickly made the day great. There was a misunderstanding of our pickup location, we had updated the information with Trip Advisor but it appears it didn’t get to the tour company. Jenny did send a message the night before but we missed that the location pickup was incorrect. Jenny quickly got us a DiDi to our hotel, we did miss Tiananmen Square, but Jenny arranged for us to go the next day. We met the group at the Forbidden City and enjoyed the tour from there. We would have to say the lunch was the highlight of the tour, the food was delicious and authentic, we wish every tour we did had lunch like this. Jenny went above and beyond to make our day great. She even helped arrange for some items we bought from the Silk Museum to be sent to our hotel. She also offered to take our photos throughout the day, which was a nice touch. Mahalo!
