Cathy was an phenomenal tour guide. In just two days she was able to share the eight historic periods of Chinese history! Cathy customized the length at each historical site based on our interests. She was super knowledgeable in the history of China as well as very thoughtful and proactive, packing snacks and bottled water ahead of picking us up from the hotel. Her sunny outgoing disposition and knowledge far exceeded our expectations. In two days we saw all the must see Beijing sights. Day 1: Forbidden Palace, Tiananmen Square, Hutong neighborhood for a rickshaw ride, delicious Peking duck lunch and Temple of Heaven. Day 2: Great Wall with the chair lift and the playful toboggan slide down the mountain, delicious local authentic countryside lunch with truffle fried rice, and the gorgeous Summer Palace. If you are planning a trip to China, you do not want to miss out on this tour with Cathy and the company !

Our family introduction to Beijing exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Cathy, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and we had lot of fun! She did a terrific job of guiding us through more than 3,000 years of Beijing and Chinese history. She made all our dreams for walking the Great Wall, Touring the Summer Palace and the Forbidden City come true!! Cathy accommodated all our requests going above and beyond to made certain we were always comfortable! Our driver and car were fabulous as well and we spend our days in a very spacious car as well ventured to all the sites. I would highly recommend this tour and particularly request Cathy for your guide!!

Lili did a wonderful job. I wish I could rate her higher than 5!!! Her English is excellent. The pick-up was easy despite the fact that I didn't have the hotel identified when I booked and forgot to tell then the hotel name until the day before. The lunch was extra special and delicious each day. I really liked the fish. I am a fast walke If I visit China again, I want Lili as my guide!

My husband and I had a fantastic time over the last two days in Beijing due to our wonderful guide Cathy and safe drive Zhang! Cathy knew lots of stories and history which she shared happily, she has superb extensive knowledge, and she can express in an interesting enjoyable way ! Cathy has a sunny personality and we enjoyed her sense of humor and jokes! We particularly appreciated her patience and understanding as we are over 70. She paced our visits so we didn’t get tired, we love her! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We loved visiting the forbidden city and temple of heaven. One special highlight was the rickshaw ride through back streets of course visiting the Great Wall was special for my husband as it was on his bucket list! We loved the lunches too. Beijing duck was a favorite as were the grilled trout and pork with chestnuts. We would recommend her, driver Zhang and the company highly!

My family and I booked a 2 day tour in Beijing. Everything was amazing. Erica our tour guide was awesome!!! She was friendly and very accommodating to us and our teenage son and daughter. The driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. The restaurants selected by Erica were delicious. The food was plentiful and portions were huge. Even including small things like bug spray. She was also very knowledgeable about the sites and tailored it for my 16 years old son. The car was impeccably clean, fully stocked with water. The two lunches were delicious (I have been to Beijing for work many times, and still think they picked two fantastic restaurants for us). We basically didn’t need to think or plan at all. We got picked up from the hotel and Erica took care of everything. Amazing experience overall.

We could probably have arranged this entire tour ourselves, but working with a local guide, helped us navigate all these locations with minimal downtime. Plus, our guide, Christina, expanded our experience of everything we saw by sharing much local history. She also shared a lot of personal stories about growing up in the Beijing area and her pride in China and Chinese culture and history. We learned a lot about what the world looks like through the eyes of a Chinese national, which is so different from the story that we’ve heard as westerners. We were so happy that we had Christina as our guide! Our driver was always on time and exactly where he needed to be and kept us well stocked on water. Finally, the tour included lunch on both days and we loved the selection they made. Both of the restaurants were frequent by local and we got to enjoy some amazing local cuisine. We are so glad we made the investment to work with a tour guide. Thank you, Christina!

The tour was wonderful and Christina was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The driver was also excellent. Five stars do not seem like enough to rate my experience 😀
