Great tour … took about couple of hours from the hotel… Ronny… I think was her name … she was nice and everything till she made an extra stop to a special tea store… I didn’t ask for it I am not into tea.. but I tried to be nice so I went along with the presentation of many different kinds of tea… kind of boring to me … so at the end they tried to sell so many things.. so my wife to be nice .. she brought small a tea box .. then thy run her credit card.. my surprise.. $ 265 … I think was my fault I should check that price before buying.. i learned my lesson… I also have 4 more Viator tours some in Beijing some in New Delhi… I thinking to cancelled all..,,. Very very disappointed!!! Just be aware…. Tell the guide people not extra stops!!!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience visiting the Great Wall and Forbidden City! Our guide, Aurora, was fantastic! Knowledgeable friendly, patient and made the history of both places come alive. Having a private guide made the day so much easier and allowed us to see more without feeling rushed. Mr Chen, our driver was excellent as well. He was professional, courteous and made getting around town easy and stress free. The car was clean, stocked with water and fun snacks. The air conditioner was much needed as it was a hot day. We originally booked the Great Wall tour and decided to add the Forbidden City as an additional stop. Adding it was incredibly easy- we simply messaged the tour company and they made all the arrangements for us. The communication was excellent and the entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing, especially if you want a knowledgeable guide - ask for Aurora -and a stress free way to experience two of the city most iconic sights. Thank you Aurora and Mr. Chen for sharing your history and culture with us, we truly appreciated it and had an amazing time!

Unforgettable Great Wall Experience! We had an absolute 10/10 experience on our private Great Wall tour! A huge thank you to our driver, Mr.Yu , who made the journey completely seamless and comfortable. A special shoutout to Lucía, our incredible tour guide. Thanks to her guidance and the VIP pass access included in this tour, we skipped almost all the long lines and saved so much time. Not having to wait in queues allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking sights of the Great Wall to the absolute fullest without any stress. Everything was incredibly well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would without a doubt book this exact tour again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this tour if coming to Beijing. Sherry was an amazing guide! She took our pictures and helped us with tickets and waiting in line. By having the VIP experience we skipped the shuttle and went early enough to not have to wait in line. The Great Wall was beautiful and having private transportation was great. If you have limited time in Beijing this is a great tour to book!

Lucy was incredible. She was our guide for the Great Wall, Forbidden City, and Temple of Heaven tours. She was knowledgeable, punctual, informative, and fun throughout the day. She also gave us great tips on places to eat, even taking us to a lovely noodle shop, and shared helpful advice about other activities to do in China. I would 100% recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall with Lily as my tour guide. From the beginning of the tour, Lily was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. Her English was excellent, which made the entire experience much more enjoyable and informative. During the drive and throughout the tour, we had many interesting conversations and shared plenty of laughs. She has a warm personality that made me feel comfortable immediately, and it felt more like exploring with a knowledgeable friend than being on a formal tour. Lily was very knowledgeable about the Great Wall and the surrounding area. She provided helpful historical and cultural information while also giving practical advice that made the visit smoother and more enjoyable. She pointed out different access points and sections of the Wall, explained the differences between them, and helped me make the most of my time there. What I particularly appreciated was that she never rushed me. She allowed me to explore the Wall at my own pace and patiently waited while I enjoyed the experience. Considering the hot weather, I was especially grateful for her patience and professionalism throughout the day. She also went above and beyond by sharing many recommendations for other places to visit in Beijing, local food suggestions, and additional activities that helped me plan the rest of my trip. Her advice was extremely useful, and I ended up enjoying several places that I might not have discovered otherwise. The driver was also professional, polite, and made the long journey comfortable and stress-free. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Overall, this was one of the highlights of my trip to China. Lily's knowledge, professionalism, excellent English, friendliness, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the Great Wall, especially international travelers looking for a guide who is both informative and personable. Sherry was a wonderful tour guide and spoke good English. I travelled with my daughter in a private car which was very modern and had a great driver. Sherry toke us to the see the Great Wall, Jade factory and Tea house. She is very professional and proud of her country.
