Cost about 40 Euros for myself and the two kids - standard price for anything these days in Ireland...…
A few floors to explore - from music icons, to world leaders (the bold Donald), TV stars, Irish history and Celtic mythology - plus the dreaded horror rooms.
The kids enjoyed it more or less - although to get the full value we walked back on ourselves to stretch it out a bit.
I thought the Irish history section was excellent - very well laid out and informative
We avoided the horror section as the kids were too scared - we had a quick peep and decided best not too!
Worth a look I guess...….not brilliant, but not awful either.....better than it was years ago when I was a kid...…when it was near Parnell street, the old one.....

Underwhelming

LOOK-A-LIKES.... NOT
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing tour. Most of the wax works did not look like who they were meant to be, in my and my friends opinion. I should have taken pictures, but I was so disappointed I didn't see the point.

Enjoyable day out
I visited Wax Museum last weekend with 2 grandchildren (11 & 16), enjoyed by all, lovely staff & there is something for everyone there, however some of the models look rather different from the "real person" .

Limited selection of wax works and information.
There was no accompanying printed guide or info to follow or learn more about the exhibits. It was easy to move around as not busy during my visit on late afternoon.
It wasn't really what I expected, having visited other wax works. Majority seemed to focus on Irish history which I had already seen alot of, booking particularly for places known for telling Irish history. I think i was there approx 35 - 40 mins. Thought it a bit overpriced for the time I was there and didn't really gain anything from visit.

Wonderful wax museum experience for the family
It was a great family attraction for the rainy day! The children loved it especially creating a wax model of their own hand, it was brilliant and good for money.
Some of the exhibits were very good but some were not so good. It didn't stop the family from enjoying the experience

Wax lot of fun!
The whole building is wheelchair accessible with ramps around & a lift which takes you to all floors.
I had a free carer ticket along with my children’s entrance tickets.
There is also a spacious disabled toilet available.
In the basement, there is a horror section - it is advertised as recommended for 16+ … it was actually quite scary! We ran through there.
Lots of different areas and people to see, we had lots of fun here

Best trip
We arrived early and the guy behind desk was so friendly and nice to deal with he's a legend. Went through the museum amd we loved it as a family it's amazing and a definite must do when in Dublin we highly recommend it we made the nest memories and everyone loves it from the teens to she smaller was the best and super friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Amazing, very entertaining for adults and kids
Great experience, the kids loved it, especially the mirror room and the horror house, it was scary but overall very entertaining. Really happy we went!

Lack luster
Bad quality throughout. The people didnt resemble the real ones. Some were even just regular mannequins in flashy outfits.
Only slightly redeeming factor was the irish history part downstairs.
