Great option if you forgot to order tickets in advance
We should have known to order tickets way in advance but we didn’t so this tour worked out really well, the line wasn’t long at all and it came with an audio and visual guide and a map. It’s not my first time using Viator and I yet have to have a bad experience. So far so good! This museum is a must see and if you, like us, didn’t realize these tickets sell out months in advance, this is the next best thing and it’s not that much more expensive for how last minute this was.
事業者からの返答
"Anya, last-minute luck at the Uffizi is a great feeling! We're glad the line was short and that the audio and visual guide and map helped you make the most of it. Viator is a great place to find us, and we at Crown Tours are happy we could step in when tickets were so hard to get. We believe good planning gives you more freedom to enjoy the moment. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours"

Chaos and lies
The guide was not where they said they would be. We, around 20, customers managed to collect together. We all kept contacting the operator. A rep finally showed up, though this was not "our" rep. "Our" rep finally also showed up. By this time our start time had passed. The pair of them point blank lied that they had been waiting at the meeting point and that none of us had shown up (again, there were around 20 customers). We were also bombarded with forms to fill in and apps to download. The tickets weren't available on their app (even though it said they were), and I had no signal (fortunately my friend had saved the QR code). We did finally got our tickets, we finally did get in. We didn't use the audio tour (needed yet another app). The Gallery itself is lovely and worth a visit, although we found the one way system a bit confusing and wound up not bothering with the first floor as it can only be accessed from the second floor. But we wouldn't recommend this "organiser".
事業者からの返答
We are sorry that the start of your visit to the Uffizi was so stressful. This is not the experience we want anyone to have with Crown Tours. We take every experience seriously, and we would kindly ask you to contact us at feedback@crowntours.com, including your booking number, so the team can review it in full. We are pleased that you still found the Gallery itself worth the visit. Kind regards, Sky Crown Tours

Tell me a story…
Laura was absolutely outstanding. Her story telling skills to bring the Uffizi to life was very memorable. She looked after our 80 year old mother perfectly too. Highly recommended tour. Everyone was great, from meeting to tour. Laura went above and beyond. 😌
事業者からの返答
"Tell me a story… and Laura certainly did, Michelle! Bringing the Uffizi to life while making sure your 80-year-old mother was comfortable is exactly the kind of care we hope for. We think about the experience from your side of it, and it's wonderful to hear everyone looked after you, from the meeting point to the last painting. With thanks, Sky Crown Tours"

An interesting tour to experience best of the gallery
A great way to see the highlights of the Uffizzi Gallery is with a guide in a small group. Communication about when and where to meet was good and the guide shared lots of interesting information. We really enjoyed it.
